Cottage cheese ice cream
Ingredients :
- 500g cottage cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 20 cl liquid fresh cream
- 200g sugar

Mix the fromage blanc and the sugar in a bowl. Whip the liquid fresh cream until you obtain a whipped cream. Then, pour it into the cheese/sugar mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the previous preparation. Stir everything well, then pour them into an ice cream maker. Turbine for 20 min. Put in an ice tray and let stand in the freezer for 3 hours.
