- sifted flour: 200 g

Beat the whole eggs, gradually adding the sugar and then the honey until the mixture becomes frothy.
Gradually add the sifted flour and then the melted butter.
Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).
Spread the dough in a thin layer on a buttered baking sheet. Slide into the oven for 10 minutes, remove as soon as the dough is golden.
Cut the still whoursdough into 4 equal squares; roll it in the shape of a cone, let cool.
Rinse, shell or hull the red fruits and dry them. Garnish each cone with hoursxture of fruits.
