Coq au vin with Thermomix

In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms. Book.

In the bowl of the Thermomix, mix the onion and garlic cloves 5 sec, speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the remaining oil. Program 5 min at 100° speed 2.

Add the tomato puree, wine, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf, chicken and bacon bits and start cooking for 20 mins at 100°, simmering speed, reverse. Put the basket on the bowl instead of the cup. 2 min before the end of the program, add the mushrooms.
