Cookeo shoursn lentils
This Cookeo shoursn lentils recipe is perfect for a family meal, perfectly balanced and healthy. It should delight the taste buds of young and old alike. Only the onions may need to be sorted when serving for children.
Ingredients :
- 200g lentils
- 4 shoursn steaks
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cases of soy cream
- 1 C. fish stock
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- salt pepper

Heat the Cookeo in “brown” mode and brown the chopped onion in olive oil then add the sliced carrots.

Carve an onion

Add the lentils, cover with water then add the fish stock.

Program the Cookeo in “rapid cooking” or “pressure cooking”/immediate start mode and adjust the cooking time to 10 min. Close the lid and cook.

Add the shoursn then re-program the Cookeo for pressure cooking for 7 min. When ready to serve, season to taste and add the soy cream
