Cookeo shoursn lentils

This Cookeo shoursn lentils recipe is perfect for a family meal, perfectly balanced and healthy. It should delight the taste buds of young and old alike. Only the onions may need to be sorted when serving for children.

Ingredients :

  • 200g lentils
  • 4 shoursn steaks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cases of soy cream
  • 1 C. fish stock
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • salt pepper

Preparation :

  • Cooking 20 mins

    Heat the Cookeo in “brown” mode and brown the chopped onion in olive oil then add the sliced ​​carrots.
