Conquétois cuttlefish breasts
Ingredients :
- 1 kg of cuttlefish breasts
- 2 fine shallots, chopped
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 20 cl of Noilly Prat
- 25 cl liquid cream
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- salt pepper

Cut the cuttlefish into strips.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, put the cuttlefish whites over high heat, after 5 minutes, add the Noilly Prat and flambé.

Add the chopped shallots and minced garlic. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the cream, ginger, cinnamon, salt and pepper.

Let reduce for 5 minutes over high heat.

Serve with fragrant white rice.
