Coffee ice cream without an ice cream maker
Ingredients :
- 350ml milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 20 cl of full liquid cream
- 70 g of sugar
- 3 instant brew coffee sticks
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation :

Heat the coffee with the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once boiling, remove from heat and set aside.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl.

Add the milk to the coffee and the cornstarch, beating well.

Let cool to room temperature then store in the refrigerator for 3 hours until the mixture thickens.

Add the cream to the mixture, beating well.

Pour the cream into an ice cream tray and place in the freezer for 3 hours, stirring the ice cream regularly with a spoon.

Store it in the freezer until tasting.
