Cod with Monsieur Cuisine
No need for foil when you have a steamer basket! Monsieur Cuisine’s cod cooked in its basket like in a paper foil, with an express preparation for a very simple and delicately flavored recipe… in addition to being ultra-healthy. Accompany the fish with white rice and a nice creamy sauce, you will get a complete, balanced and irresistibly tasty dish.
Ingredients :

Cod fillet
800g -
Olive oil
4 tbsp. soup -
dried thyme
2 tbsp. coffee -
Salt

Preparation :

Clean the back of cod under running water then dry it with absorbent paper. Place it in the Monsieur Cuisine steamer basket lined with a sheet of baking paper.

Drizzle the fish with oil, sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper. Close the steamer basket.

Pour 500 ml of water into the tank and install the basket. Launch 25 min at speed 1, at 130°C.

When ready to serve, sprinkle with fleur de sel and Espelette pepper, according to your taste.
Tips
You are free to complete the cod at Monsieur Cuisine with small vegetables to be steamed simultaneously: slices of carrots or zucchini, dried tomatoes or slices of squash, potatoes or broccoli… to be served whole or to be mashed !
