- 1 liter hot milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp. coconut powder
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- grated coconut
- melted dark chocolate

Preheat the oven th.8 (240°C).
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with an electric mixer.
Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk, powdered coconut, egg yolks and hot milk into the egg whites.
How to incorporate one preparation into another?
Butter pastry circles and place them in a bain-marie in a baking dish.
Pour the mixture into the circles.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool when removed from the oven then gently unmold the entremets.
Sprinkle the entremets with the grated coconut then decorate them with melted chocolate using a toothpick.
