Coconut bites filled with Nutella
- 125 grams icing sugar
- 100 grams grated coconut
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp. Nutella
Preparation 10 minutes
Cooking 30 mins
Rest 10 minutes
1°- Mix the icing sugar with the coconut
2°- Add the egg white and mix well by hand, it’s easier
3°- Take a little of the preparation in your hands and form a half ball in
pressing in the center, put a small hazelnut of nutella in it and cover
with the preparation and gently form a ball, which you will roll
in coconut or icing sugar
4°- Place your balls in small paper boxes that you will place on
hotplate, burner, stove
5°- Bake in a hot oven at 120° for 30/35 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
