Coconut and hoursgranate panna cotta
Here is a fresh, light and exotic recipe for panna cotta with coconut and hoursgranate. Composed of liquid cream, hoursgranate, grated coconut, sugar and gelatin; Panna cotta is an Italian dessert that will be ideal if you want to end the meal on a light note.
Ingredients :
- 25 cl of liquid cream (fleurette)
- 1/2 hoursgranate
- 20 g grated coconut
- 15g of sugar
- 1 sheet of gelatin

In a saucepan, pour the sugar, coconut and cream. Bring to the boil and let infuse for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, soften the gelatin sheet in cold water. Filter the coconut cream.

Add the squeezed gelatin. Mix until it is dissolved. Pour the preparation into glasses. Leave to set in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Collect the small seeds of the hoursgranate and when ready to serve, sprinkle them over the verrines of panna cotta and serve.
Tips
It is possible to replace the liquid cream with coconut milk and the gelatin with agar-agar.
