Coco rocks
Ingredients :
- 250g coconut
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 250g sugar
- 25g butter
- pinch of salt
Preparation :

Preheat the oven to th.9 (260ºC).

Mix the coconut with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one and the salt.

Melt the butter and mix it into the mixture.

Make balls and bake for 5 to 6 minutes.

Leave to cool and enjoy.
