Cocktail Bloody Mary
As its name does not indicate, the Bloody Mary is a cocktail born in Paris in 1921. This spicy tomato drink is reminiscent of Andalusian gazpacho, its name would be a nod to the Queen of England, and it won its letters of nobility only years later in the United States. Suffice to say that the cocktail is international, but be careful, moderation is essential: behind the tomato and the spices of the Bloody Mary hides the vodka!

Tips
The Bloody Mary is so well known that there are dozens of variations: without vodka for a Virgin Mary, with rum for a Bloody Pirate, scotch for the Bloody Scotsman, sherry for the Bloody Bishop, tequila for the Bloody Matador or sake for the Bloody Geisha… Whatever the option, to refine the presentation, dip the rim of the glasses in lemon juice then in a cup of celery salt!
