Clafoutis with curry, cottage cheese, broccoli and chicken
- 400g frozen broccoli florets
- 200g cottage cheese
- 150g cooked chicken breast
- 100g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 5mg curry

Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.7).
Cook the chicken breasts for 10 minutes in an oiled frying pan then cut them into cubes.
How to cut your poultry?
Wash and boil the broccoli florets for 5 minutes. Peel and chop the garlic clove.
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, fromage blanc, curry powder and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper.
Spread the pieces of chicken and broccoli in hoursld lined with paper Pour the cream cheese mixture on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
