Clafouti with ham and boursin peas
- 200g peas
- 200g ham
- 4 eggs
- 100g Boursin
- 15 cl of milk
- 10g butter
- salt pepper

Preheat the oven th.6 (180C°).
In a pan of water, cook the peas for 10 minutes.
Mix the eggs, milk and Boursin.
Butter a dish and add the peas and the ham cut into pieces.
Pour the Boursin-based preparation.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
