Clafouti with cherry tomatoes, olives, feta and basil
Ingredients :
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 10 pitted olives
- 100g feta
- basil leaves
- 4 eggs
- 25 cl of cream
- 25 cl of milk
- 25g cornstarch
Preparation :

Preheat your oven th.6 (180°C).

In a bowl, break your eggs.

Add the cream, milk and cornstarch.

Whisk it all together.

On your kitchen board, cut the feta into cubes.

Wash your tomatoes, then spin them with a clean kitchen towel.
