Christmas orange and spice cocktails
We generally anticipate our festive menu well in advance, but the drinks are often less elaborate and selected at the last minute. And it’s a shame because they are an integral part of the success of a good meal. This year, strike a blow by offering your guests this original festive cocktail, typically seasonal, with oranges and sweet spices. Chin!

In a bowl, pour the rum and apple juice.

Cover the bowl with cling film then leave to soak up all the aromas of the cocktail in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Stir well before serving with a ladle.
Tips
Prepare your cocktail the day before your meal. In addition to lightening your preparations on D-Day, it will only be the better because the spices will have plenty of time to soak up the mixture. This cocktail can be served both cold, with ice cubes, and hot by the fire.
