Chocolate Orange Halloween Cupcakes

Ingredients :
- For the chocolate mousse
- 250g dark chocolate
- 125g of butter
- 50g flour
- 50g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- orange mhourslade
- For the icing
- 125g soft butter
- 250g icing sugar
- 1/2 cap of orange blossom aroma
- yellow and red dyes
Preparation :

1- Preheat your oven to 180°C (convection heat);

2- In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter and mix well to obtain a very smooth preparation;

3- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar;

4- Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl and mix everything;

5- Gradually add the flour and mix everything;

6- Pour the preparation into your small muffin tins, placing a pinch of orange mhourslade in the center of the mixture;

7- Bake in a hot oven for 8 minutes at 180°C;

8- Once your cakes are out of the oven, let them cool for 20-30 minutes;

9- Prepare the icing by mixing the icing sugar and the very soft but not melted butter with hoursxer;

10- Add to the dough 1/2 capful of orange blossom aroma, 9 drops of yellow food coloring and 3 drops of red food coloring (you can always add more or increase the red to obtain hoursre vivid color) and let your mixer working the dough;

11- Once the texture of the frosting is good (i.e. silky), pour it into a piping bag (or failing that, 2 freezer bags) with a fluted or other tip;
