Chocolate filled pancakes
If you like pancakes, try this recipe for Chocolate Filled Pancakes, for a delicious preparation! Generally, chocolate goes more on pancakes. Here, we suggest you insert it directly into pancakes, for even more indulgence!
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 450g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 600ml milk
- 300g dark pastry chocolate

In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the oil and mix again.
Add the flour and baking powder, then pour in the milk little by little, whisking continuously.
Break the chocolate into small pieces, in order to have sort of large nuggets, and pour them into your dough. Book.
Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan, and pour over a ladle of batter. Let your pancake cook a little, and turn it over so that it cooks on both sides.
Place your pancake on a plate covered with paper towel, and continue cooking your pancakes filled with chocolate until the end of the dough. Treat yourself !
You can replace the filling with dark chocolate, for even more delicacy! Enjoy your pancakes with fresh fruits, especially red fruits.
