Chocolate Banana Pie
Enooooorme treat alert triggered! This dessert is sublime, wonderful, fantastic and not all fans of the combination of banana and chocolate will contradict us! Oh my god it’s beautiful, oh my god it’s good… A good shortcrust pastry, melted chocolate, banana slices, cream, eggs… A recipe to try on the spot , a delight to share (or not) with all those you love! 😉
Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 4 bananas
- 100g pastry chocolate
- 100 ml liquid fresh cream
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 3 eggs
- 50g caster sugar

Preheat the oven th.7 (210°C). Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in a pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.

Break the chocolate into small pieces, and melt them with the cream in a saucepan or in a bain-marie. To do this, put the chocolate pieces and the cream in a heat-resistant dish and immerse it halfway into a saucepan of boiling water. Once the chocolate is completely melted, pour this preparation over the bottom of the pie.

Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Arrange them on the chocolate. In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs and sugar. Then pour this mixture over the bananas. Bake for 20 minutes and serve whours
Tips
For even more indulgence, you can replace the device with a salted butter caramel. It’s ultra sweet, so ultra good 😉 If you prefer to make small tartlets, reduce the cooking time by half, ie about ten minutes.
