Chicken, raw beetroot and citrus burger
Ingredients :
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 chicken breasts
- 250g raw beetroot
- 1 orange
- 1 lime
- 8 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- A few leaves of green salad
- 250g yoghurt
- ras el hanout
- olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation :

Heat 1 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken breasts to it. Salt and pepper to taste. As soon as they color, sprinkle them with 2 tbsp. Ras el Hanout coffee.

Let them brown for another 5 minutes, then cut them in half to obtain 4 pieces. Set aside.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange into two separate bowls.

Peel the beetroot and grate it on a coarse grater.

Place it in a bowl and drizzle with half of the citrus juices.

Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt and 4 tbsp. lemon juice.

Peel the garlic and chop it, then add to the yogurt. Salt, pepper and mix.

Chop the parsley. Cut the cucumber into long thin slices using hoursndolin. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the pepper into rings.

Cut the buns in 2 and toast them in the toaster.

At the exit, spread 4 halves of bread with the yogurt mixture.

Drain the beets in a fine mesh strainer.

Spread it over the yoghurt, add a lettuce leaf, parsley, a piece of chicken, a few onion rings, chilli and cucumber strips.

Cover with the other 4 bread halves and enjoy.
