If you are a fan of donuts, here is a tasty recipe that should please you. These chicken nuggets are very simple and extremely quick to make. You will only need a few ingredients to make them and they will be perfect for an aperitif dinner or for a gourmet starter accompanied by a small green salad.
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon curry powder
- 1 C. sherry vinegar
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 C. salt
- 150g flour
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
- oil for frying

Prepare the marinade for the chicken breasts. To do this, pour the sherry vinegar, pepper, salt and curry into a bowl. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Arrange them in the salad bowl and mix well so that they are surrounded by the marinade. Leave to stand for an hour, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the donut batter. To do this, mix the milk and eggs in a large bowl. Gently add the flour and a pinch of salt. Whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth paste without lumps. Leave to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or in a large skillet. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter using a fork. Dip the chicken in the hot oil. Fry for a few minutes until the donuts are golden brown. Drain the donuts and place them on absorbent paper. Enjoy hot.
You can serve these donuts with a sweet and sour sauce. To make it, heat a little oil in a pan. Add hoursnced onion, a diced red pepper, 3 diced pineapple slices, 3 tbsp. sugar, 5 tbsp. soy sauce, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar and 1 large glass of water. Mix and salt. Thicken the sauce with 2 tbsp. coffee flour diluted in 1/2 glass of water.
