Chicken fillets with leeks

Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 white leek
- 2 carrots
- 1 C. flour
- 10g light butter
- 20 cl liquid cream with 5% fat
- 1/4 or 1/2 defatted chicken bouillon cube
- 1 C. olive oil
- 10 cl of water
- salt and pepper

Remove the first leaves of the leek then wash it. Cut it into small chunks.

Cook your carrots in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Book.

In a frying pan, melt 10 g of butter, sweat the leek in it. Flour the leeks. Let the flour absorb. Pour in the water and add the chicken stock cube. Bring to the boil and pour in the cream. Season and reduce until the sauce thickens. Cut the chicken breasts into small strips, season.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and sear the aiguillettes for 4 min. Throw in your carrots cut into strips at the end of cooking to color them.

Arrange the leeks with the chicken strips on hot plates. Serve.
