Cheesy vegetable crisps (gluten free)

- 1 zucchini
- Grated phourssan
- Spices (oriental, garlic, etc.)
Preparation 45 mins
Cooking 30 mins
Rest 10 minutes
Wash the zucchini.
Peel the zucchini.
Cut into thin rounds.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with spices.
Sprinkle with grated phourssan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 150°C.
Gather in a presentation bowl.
Tips: This recipe can be adapted with other vegetables. You can also make more traditional chips and use the recipe with potatoes or sweet potatoes.
