Cauliflower velouté with Easy Soup® from Moulinex®
The cauliflower velouté with Easy Soup® from Moulinex® is a finely blended and creamy soup that can be cooked on its own in the bowl of your heated blender. - 500g cauliflower
- 100g potato
- 1 onion (optional)
- 50 cl of water
- 10 cl of milk
- 2 tbsp. fresh cream
- 1 stock cube

Prepare the cauliflower by removing the stem and detailing the florets. Wash them then cut them into regular pieces of about 2 cm.
How to degerm garlic?
Put the cut cauliflower in the bowl of the Easy Soup®. Add water, milk, stock cube. Start the cooking program for velvety soups (program P1).
When cooked, add the cream. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
This cauliflower velouté with Easy Soup® from Moulinex® can be decorated with a few slices of grilled cauliflower. Reserve a few heads of raw cauliflower. Cut them into thick, even slices. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and grill in a very hot oven for about 10 minutes.
