These delicious cauliflower fritters are a very popular dish in Algeria. Easy and quick to make, you can serve them as an aperitif or as a starter with a small green salad or some raw vegetables. These savory donuts are an ideal recipe to make the whole family appreciate vegetables. To try without delay!

Ingredients :

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 10 cl of milk
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 C. teaspoon curry powder
  • salt pepper
  • oil for frying

    Cut the cauliflower into florets. Place them in a saucepan filled with boiling salted water. Cook for ten minutes. Drain well and set aside.
