Caramelized apple and cinnamon ice cream

Ingredients :
- 5 apples
- 75 grams of brown sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 300 milliliters of full cream
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 C. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. butter
Preparation :

Peel and cut the apples into small dice.

In a skillet, melt the butter.

Add apples and brown sugar.

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The apples caramelize and become tender.

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue cooking for 3 minutes. Mix.

Let cool.

In a bowl, whip the fresh cream and icing sugar into whipped cream with an electric mixer for a good 5 minutes.

Pour the cooled apples into the whipped cream.

Place this preparation in the ice cream maker and let it run for 30 minutes.

Place the ice cream in a container and reserve in the freezer.
Tips
Possibility to put less cinnamon, or not to put it.
