Cake with pine nuts, cheese and pesto
- 100g pine nuts
- 200 g fresh goat cheese
- 4 eggs
- 75g plain flour
- 75g cornstarch
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2.5 cl of milk
- 25g butter

Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
Crack the eggs into a bowl, then beat them into an omelette.
How to make an omelet
Stir in 4 tbsp. pesto.
Mix the free-flowing flour and the cornstarch.
Pour the mixture over the preparation and add the yeast.
Then melt the butter and add it with the milk to the preparation.
Mix everything hhoursniously to make the dough homogeneous.
Roughly cut the goat cheese into pieces and add them to the mixture.
Introduce the pine nuts.
Mix in such a way that the dough contains lumps of goat cheese.
Pour the mixture into a hollow baking dish, then bake for 40 minutes.
In the middle of cooking, wrap your cake in aluminum foil, so that the surface does not burn.
Let cool before unmolding!
