Cake with peas, ham and curry
- 160g flour
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon drained peas
- 150g diced ham
- 125g natural yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 C. curry powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- salt pepper
Preparation 20 mins
Cooking 35 mins
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix the eggs, plain yogurt and oil in a bowl.
Add the flour, curry and baking powder and mix well.
Add the drained peas and the diced ham and mix well.
Put salt and pepper at your taste.
Pour the mixture into a silicone cake mould.
Bake for 35 minutes, checking for doneness.
Unmold out of the oven.
Enjoy hot or cold.
