Cake with ham and grated cheese
Savory cakes are essential for an aperitif or as a starter served with a little salad. Composed of diced ham, grated Gruyère cheese and basic ingredients for a cake, this ham and grated Gruyère cake recipe will be ideal for your festive meals with family or friends.
Ingredients :
- 250g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 150 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 60ml oil
- 60ml milk
- 1 packet of diced ham
- 1 packet of dry yeast

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).

Pour the flour into a bowl and add the 4 eggs. Mix until the preparation is homogeneous. Add the oil and the milk, then add the diced ham, the yeast and the grated Gruyère. Mix the raw cake batter until smooth.

Pour into a cake tin and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Once cooked, let the cake cool and turn it out onto a serving platter to enjoy as a starter or cut into cubes to enjoy as an appetizer with small skewers.
Tips
I often use it as an aperitif or during a light dinner, I accompany it with a green salad or an endive salad. To go faster, you can put everything in the blender as well.
