Butternut soup with Soup & Co®
The butternut squash soup at Soup & Co® is so good and easy to prepare that there is no doubt that you will adopt this recipe without delay. Prepare the ingredients, assemble them in the bowl of your food processor and a few minutes later you will have a delicious, sweet and gourmet hourskin soup.
Ingredients :
- 1 kg butternut squash
- 100g onion (i.e. 1 medium onion)
- 70 cl of water
- 15 cl liquid full cream
- salt
- pepper
Preparation :

Prepare the butternut squash by peeling it and removing the seeds. Cut the flesh into approximately 2cm dice.

Peel and cut the onion the same way.

Put the diced squash and onion in the bowl of the heated blender.

Salt and pepper according to your taste and pour the water into the robot.

Start cooking on the P1 program for 30 minutes.

Add the cream and mix for a few seconds, then serve the soup without delay.
Tips
You can enhance this Soup & Co® Butternut Soup by crumble a stock cube (vegetable or poultry) in the water.
