Burger with potato pancakes and raclette
Ingredients :
- 6 potatoes
- 4 slices of raclette
- 4 minced steaks
- 4 slices of tomato
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- plain flour
- milk
- oil
- salt pepper

Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6).

Peel the potatoes and peel the onion.

Wash them then grate them in a suitable food processor.

Over a bowl, break the eggs one by one.

Pour 3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk on these eggs.

Add 1 tbsp. tablespoon flour, salt and a little pepper.

Add to these ingredients, the potatoes and the onion.

With the mixture obtained, form 4 patties the diameter of the hamburger buns.

Place a large non-stick skillet on the heat.

Pour in 5 tbsp. tablespoon of oil then let it heat up.

Make sure the patties are golden brown and soft inside.

Once your patties are cooked, skim them and put them in a suitable container.

Place 1 slice of raclette on each of them then put them in the oven to melt the cheese under the grill.

At the same time, in a casserole dish, cook the minced steaks according to the desired doneness.

Salt and pepper these steaks to your liking.

Remove the pancakes with the melted raclette.

Place 1 steak and 1 slice of tomato on each of them.

Wash the lettuce leaves and chop them up.

Put a piece of salad per pancake then cover with another potato pancake garnished with melted raclette.
