Buckwheat crisps
These crisps can be eaten as an aperitif or as a dessert, spread with sauces or other salty or sweet preparations of your choice.
Ingredients :
- For about twenty crisps:
- 2 buckwheat pancakes already cooked

Using a small glass or a large cork, cut circles in the shape of a chip in the pancakes. Arrange them on a plate without overlapping them (you will renew the operation if you do not have enough space to hold all your circles on the plate).

Microwave the plate for 30 seconds at maximum power. Turn the circles over and iron them for 30 seconds in the microwave. They must be rigid without being brittle. If not, microwave them for 20 seconds this time.

Then let them dry for a few seconds. Your chips are now crispy and ready to eat.
