Bruschetta with Roasted Peppers and Cream Cheese
Ingredients :
- ½ baguette
- 150 g fresh garlic and herb cheese
- 200g roasted red peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of fresh basil
- 1 C. balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper

Preheat the oven on the grill position.

Cut the baguette into 1 to 2 cm thick slices and brush one side with olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet and brown them for 5 minutes.

Take them out of the oven and cover them with cream cheese.

Peel and press the garlic. Cut the peppers into strips.

In a bowl, mix the peppers with the garlic, 1 tbsp. tablespoons oil, vinegar, washed and chopped basil, salt and pepper.
