Ingredients :
- 4 burger buns
- 4 minced steaks
- 4 slices of Cheddar
- 1 jar of Boursin® Cuisine Shallots & Chives
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- Salad leaves
- Salt pepper

Wash the salad and vegetables and peel them. Cut the red onion and half a cucumber into rings.

In a skillet, cook the ground beef. Season to taste. Keep whours

Cut the burger buns in half and toast them.

Spread the lower and upper parts of the Boursin® Cuisine Shallots & Chives burger buns.

On the lower part, add a lettuce leaf, the steak, the slice of Cheddar, the cucumber rings and the onion rings.

Bake the topped breads for a few minutes to melt the Cheddar.

When melted, add the top parts and serve immediately!
