- 50g butter
- 50g flour
- 10g cornstarch
- 2 egg whites
- 40g pitted olives
- 3 stalks of basil
- salt pepper

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).
Melt the butter.
Wash, dry, peel and finely chop the basil.
Roughly chop the olives. Whisk the egg whites with a fork, add the cornstarch and flour and mix until smooth.
Then pour in the melted butter, olives and basil. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Oil a baking sheet.
Make small circles of dough on it using a small spoon.
Put in the oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Take out of the oven, remove the crackers from the plate and let cool before serving.
