I tried the grenadine syrup in the bottom of the glass, and it’s good. The time to clean everything, you can put the preparation in the fridge or freezer.
- 3 mangoes
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. vanilla ice cream soup
- 2 tbsp. mango sorbet soup
- milk at your convenience
- crushed ice
Preparation 10 minutes
Peel and cut the banana into slices, then peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into cubes.
Mix the banana with two diced mangoes. Add ice cream, milk and mix again.
Add the remaining diced mango and crushed ice.
Serve in cups or verrines.
