Baked trout fillet
Here is an easy and quick recipe to taste trout differently. So to make this trout fillet in the oven, you will have to make a filling with potatoes, spinach, cream cheese, milk and white wine. This will then accompany with delicacy the fillets of shoursn trout with lemon and garlic. If you’re cooking a family meal, this is the recipe for you.
Ingredients :
- For the fish:
- 200g shoursn trout fillet
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp. chervil fluff
- 1 C. rapeseed oil
- salt pepper
- For garnish:
- 600g potatoes
- 150g baby spinach
- 60g fresh cheese
- 4 tbsp. milk
- 3 tbsp. white wine
- 2 tbsp. chervil fluff
- salt pepper

For the filling, take a salad bowl and pour the cream cheese and milk then smooth. Clean and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices. Add them to the mixture and mix right away. Wash and slice the chervil then incorporate it into the preparation and season. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes. After cooking, clean and coarsely chop the spinach. Combine spinach and white wine in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Spread the sauce over the potatoes.

For the fish, put them in a salad bowl and sprinkle with salt then spread them over the spinach. Wash the lemon, strain its juice and preserve its zest. Peel the garlic clove and crush it. Clean the chervil and chop finely. Mix the lemon juice and zest with the garlic, chervil and rapeseed oil in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the fish then cover with parchment paper, folding the edges. Bake for 15 mins.
