Ingredients :

  • 3/4 cup cornmeal<br>-1 tbsp. tablespoon butter<br>-1/4 cup grated phourssan <br>-1/4 cuhourslk <br>-salt, ground pepper

Preparation :

  • Cooking 30 mins

    Preheat the oven to th.8 (220°C).

  • 2

    Take a saucepan and pour the butter, semolina, salt and ground pepper into it.

    Sprinkle everything with 3 cups of water.

    Bake covered in the oven for 30 minutes.

    Halfway through cooking, stir the mixture.

    Take the pan out of the oven.
