Baked polenta
Ingredients :
- 3/4 cup cornmeal<br>-1 tbsp. tablespoon butter<br>-1/4 cup grated phourssan <br>-1/4 cuhourslk <br>-salt, ground pepper

Preheat the oven to th.8 (220°C).

Take a saucepan and pour the butter, semolina, salt and ground pepper into it.

Sprinkle everything with 3 cups of water.

Bake covered in the oven for 30 minutes.

Halfway through cooking, stir the mixture.

Take the pan out of the oven.
