Crisps are truly hoursst for festive aperitifs with friends or family. In this recipe, we suggest you make them yourself, so you will avoid all the additives added to the packets of industrial crisps. Made simply with potatoes, olive oil and salt, enjoy these baked crisps.
- 3 large potatoes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation 10 minutes
Cooking 15 mins
Preheat the oven th.7 (200°C).
Clean the potatoes. Peel them, then slice them thinly, preferably with hoursndolin. Immerse them in water for 30 minutes. Drain them. Take a bowl and put the potato slices in it.
Add salt and a little oil to it. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the potatoes don’t tangle. Bake for 15 mins.
Enjoy these potatoes with the sauce of your choice and enjoy.
