Bailey’s ice cream with Thermomix
Fans of the famous whiskey liqueur will love the ice cream at Bailey’s in the Thermomix. A gourmet and tasty ice cream, very easy to prepare in the tank of your robot!
Ingredients :
- 250g whole milk
- 250 g liquid full cream
- 100g of Bailey’s (10cl)
- 100g sugar

Assemble the milk and sugar in the bowl of the Thermomix. Heat for 3 mins, 100°C, speed 1.

Pour the cream and the Bailey’s into the bowl of the robot. Mix and heat for 3 min, 80°C, speed 2.

Clear the preparation by pouring it into an ice cube tray or a freezer-safe dish. Leave to cool in the open air then place in the freezer for 12 hours.

Cut the ice cream or take the ice cubes and put the pieces in the bowl of the Thermomix. Mix 10 sec, speed 10 then 20 sec, speed 5.

Serve immediately.
Tips
Bailey’s ice cream with Thermomix can be served plain, accompanied by wafers and above all washed down with a generous glass of Bailey’s.
