Bacon cookies
Ingredients :
- 70 g of bacon
- 100g of flour
- 50g butter
- 1 C. tablespoon lukewhourswater
- 1 egg
- 1 C. baking powder
- 1 C. chopped thyme
- 1 C. teaspoon dehydrated parsley
- Salt, ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Fry the bacon and set aside.

Put the flour, butter, egg, water, baking powder and herbs in a bowl.

Salt, pepper.

Crumble and knead by hand to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Add the bacon bits and mix everything for good incorporation.

Form small balls, arrange them on a non-stick plate, spacing them out a little.

Bake for around 20 minutes.

Serve with a small salad.
