Avocado with tunhoursyonnaise
Especially when you don’t really know what to do as a starter, this changes and it’s very good.
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 can of tuna
- mayonnaise (according to your taste)
- 1 C. fresh cream
- 1 lemon
- salt pepper
Preparation 10 minutes
Rest 10 minutes
Cut the avocados in half, carefully remove the flesh (keep the skin of the avocado).
Insert the avocado pieces in a blender, add the crumbled tuna, mix everything.
In a salad bowl, put this preparation, then add the mayonnaise and fresh cream, mix everything.
Place everything in the skin of the avocado.
Add a zest of lemon to prevent the avocado from darkening. Add salt and pepper.
Serve on a bed of salad (lamb’s lettuce or lettuce).
