Avocado toast with poached egg
Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of seeded bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 4 drops of Tabasco
- 8 mint leaves
- 4 coriander leaves
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt pepper

Peel and crush the garlic. Peel, pit and mash the flesh of the avocados with a fork. Wash and chop the herbs.

Mix with a fork the avocado, the chopped herbs, the lemon juice, the Tabasco, the squeezed, the cream, salt and pepper.

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Crack an egg into a ladle and gently submerge the ladle, then cook for 3 minutes bringing the white around the egg. Drain and keep whours Do the same with the other eggs.
