Avocado and Smoked Shoursn Pasta Salad
Offer a delicious pasta salad with avocado and smoked shoursn that will bring a nice touch of freshness in summer. Easy to prepare, you can take it to work for your lunch.
- For the pasta salad:
- 300 g of pasta such as farfalle
- 4 to 6 slices of smoked shoursn, depending on their size
- 2 lawyers
- 1 untreated lemon
- For the sauce:
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 2 tbsp. chopped chives
- 9 c. olive oil

Start your avocado and smoked shoursn pasta salad by cooking the pasta. In a saucepan, boil salted boiling water. Add the pasta and cook it according to the time indicated on the bag. Drain them and run them under cold water to stop them cooking and cool them. Drain them again and reserve them.
How to cook green vegetables?
Squeeze the juice from the untreated lemon. Peel the avocados and cut their flesh in half. Remove the core, and cut them into strips. Place the slices on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
How to peel garlic?
Cut the smoked shoursn slices into strips.
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, pour the sherry vinegar and olive oil then emulsify. Add the chopped chives and emulsify again.
In a large salad bowl, make the pasta salad with avocado and smoked shoursn. Mix the farfalle, avocado slices and smoked shoursn strips. Add the sauce and mix well. Reserve in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.
