Apple pancakes
Ideal for breakfast or a snack, this recipe for apple pancakes is quick and very easy to make!
Ingredients :
- 100g wheat flour
- 50g caster sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 10 cl of milk
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 1 apple (Granny Smith type)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 C. ground cinnamon.
Preparation :

In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients: wheat flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon powder and baking powder.

Lightly whisk the eggs in an omelet then add them to the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Then dilute the pancake batter with the milk, whisking vigorously until you obtain a smooth, lump-free batter.

Wash, peel and core the Granny Smith apple before grating it finely. Then add it to the pancake batter. Mix your apple pancake batter one last time.

Melt the butter in a skillet.

When the butter is melted, pour a ladle of apple pancake batter and cook for 3 minutes before turning it over so that it is golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside covered to keep whours

Repeat the process until the dough is used up.

Enjoy your still whoursapple pancakes with melted chocolate, maple syrup or simply a knob of butter.

Tips
You can replace the apples with pears, bananas or raisins that you have previously rehydrated (in tea for example).
