Apple cakes and sunflower oil
Ingredients :
- 5 c. flour
- 4 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 good apple
- 2 tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- For the cream:
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 packet of natural vanilla sugar
- 80g butter

Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg, oil and milk until the dough is smooth.

Pour this dough into a buttered pie mold about 24 cm in diameter. Peel the apple and cut it into 8 wedges. Arrange the apples evenly on the dough.

Bake the cake without preheating in the medium oven th.5/6 (180ºC) until the apples begin to brown, about 30 min.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling by melting the butter over very low heat, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Remove from the heat and whisk in the beaten egg.

Remove the cake and sprinkle the apples with this cream then put the whole thing back in the oven for about 15 minutes.

After baking, take the mold out of the oven and wait about 15 to 20 minutes before unmolding.
