Apple cake without butter

- 3 eggs
- 150g flour
- 3 apples

Peel the apples, core them and cut them into small cubes. Book.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the powdered sugar until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume. Gently add the flour and then the diced apples.

Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered mold. Bake the cake for 35 minutes (oven preheated to 180°C). Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool before unmolding it.
Tips
If you are allergic to gluten, you can substitute wheat flour with rice flour. And to vary the pleasures according to the seasons, you can also replace the apples with other fruits, for example, pears.
