Appetizer spoons of scallops with mango
Scallops go wonderfully with exotic fruits and especially with mango. To amaze your guests and surprise their taste buds, we offer you a succulent recipe for appetizer spoons with scallops and mango. Easy and original, this recipe will be perfect for all special occasions.
- 250 g scallops without coral
- 1 nice mango
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 red onion
- A few drops of chilli sauce
- Salt pepper
Preparation 15 mins
Peel the mango, remove the flesh and cut it into small dice. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix the mango and the onion with the chilli sauce and the chopped coriander.

How to chop your herbs?
Fry the scallops in a non-stick pan with the oil, 1 min on each side. Distribute them in appetizer spoons.
Cover with mango salad and serve immediately.
For an even tastier recipe, you can add a little fresh ginger to the preparation. Finely grate a piece of ginger. Marinate the scallops for 20 minutes in the refrigerator with the pieces of ginger.
