Appetizer spoonful with crab and fresh lemon cheese
- 100g crab crumbs
- 100 g surimi crumbs
- 150g fresh cheese
- 1 C. lemon juice
- 3 sprigs of fresh chives
Preparation 5 minutes
Rest 1 hour
Wash the chives, pat them dry and chop them finely.
How to chop your herbs?
Beat the cream cheese with the lemon juice in a bowl. Add the crab crumbs and chopped chives, then mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
At the end of this time, form balls with the preparation using your hands.
Place the surimi crumbs in a deep plate. Pass each crab ball on the plate so that they are well coated with surimi.
Place the dumplings in appetizer spoons. Reserve chilled until service.
