Alsatian blueberry tart
There’s nothing like a delicious blueberry pie to end hoursal on a fruity and gourmet note. We invite you to discover the Alsatian version of this succulent tart. Easy, quick, with its crispy dough and melting fruits, no one can resist!
Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 800g fresh blueberries
- 80 g ground hoursnds
- 2 eggs
- 15 cl of liquid cream
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 80g caster sugar

Arrange the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and blind bake the pastry for 10 minutes. (oven preheated to 180°C).

During this time, wash the blueberries carefully and dry them delicately. Once out of the oven, cover the bottom of the pastry with the hoursnd powder. Arrange the blueberries on top. Bake the filled tart for 15 minutes. (at 180°C).

While cooking, break the eggs into a bowl. Add the liquid cream, the sugars and whisk vigorously until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour this cream over the fruit. Bake again for 20 mins. (at 180°C).

Take the blueberry pie out of the oven and enjoy it whoursor cold.
Tips
For an even more gourmet recipe, prepare homemade shortcrust pastry in no time. For this, in a bowl, mix 300 g of flour, 150 g of soft butter cut into cubes, 1 pinch of salt, 8 cl of water and 3 tbsp. powdered sugar. Knead the dough to form a ball, roll it out and line your mold.
